What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire

Are kids invited?

We would love for your kids to join us for the ceremony through dinner. Please note that our venue has a 9pm cut off time for minors (under 18) to leave the venue. Please let the bride and groom know if you’d be interested in a baby sitter and if there is enough interested we will set something up near the venue.

Parking at venue?

There are many lots and street parking nearby. Please note the streets are free from 6pm onwards.

What time should I arrive?

The doors open at 4pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The venue is inside with air conditioning. The venue is located on Stephen Avenue which is only open to pedestrians, so feel free to get some fresh air.

Dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in the RSVP section if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, nut free, etc.

There will be appetizers and dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course! Who do you think we are?! Let’s Party!

When will the reception end? After party?

The reception ends at 11pm. If you would like to keep on partying, we will be heading out to a local bar on Stephen Avenue for a night cap.

What’s the weather like?

They always say if you don’t like the weather, wait 5 minutes! Calgary weather can vary due to the mountains. But it should be sunny and warm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We want everyone present so we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Everyone will get an opportunity to take photos later.
